VODA.ai is seeking a full-time remote IT & Cybersecurity Support Specialist. As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring secure and efficient IT operations across the company. Day-to-day tasks may include managing ISO 27001 compliance processes, conducting phishing simulations and cybersecurity training, provisioning and supporting employee equipment, coordinating the delivery, receipt, and reset of laptops for new hires in person, setting up user accounts in Microsoft 365, and deploying and managing mobile device management (MDM) tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 27001 standards
• Experience with cybersecurity protocols, phishing awareness programs, and Microsoft 365 administration
