Head of Customer Success
VODA.ai is seeking an experienced leader and Head of Customer Success to join us in our mission to save water using Artificial Intelligence. You will be responsible for managing a team of customer success specialists and enabling the entire post-sale customer experience: customer onboarding, training and enablement, and renewal handoff to sales.
Who you are:
A customer-obsessed leader with a passion for making sure we’re doing everything to help our customers get value from day 1. You have a high sense of urgency and a desire to make sure our customers feel supported. You understand that customer success is at the center of everything, and you can be the connector between our customer and our product teams, sales teams, and GTM teams. You make sure that our customers get the most value possible from our product – while there is more to the role than technical advice, you understand being a product expert is a necessary step in bringing value to our users. You are comfortable working in a startup environment where you will be collaborating closely with other members of a software product team. You want your role to have a big impact and a strong voice within a fast-paced and growing company.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with building and leading customer success organizations
- Project management background – you are comfortable working with technical teams on the customer’s behalf
- Analytical mindset and ownership of KPIs like CSAT, NPS, time-to-deliver
- Desire to measure, test, automate, and build repeatable, scalable processes
- Task management tool familiarity (Asana) and CRM familiarity (HubSpot)
- Experience in a SaaS company, preferably from early stage (seed/Series A) to late stage/exit
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with technical products – we use GIS and there are implementation aspects to our software that require enablement
- Experience with any of the following industries: utilities (energy, oil and gas, water), construction, government, engineering or consulting firms
- Familiarity with GIS
