Digital & Marketing Operations Manager
VODA.ai is looking for a full-time remote Digital & Marketing Operations Manager to own the digital engine behind our go-to-market motion. This is a build role – you will be the person who brings rigour, systems, and measurability to how we show up, and who helps us understand what is actually working. We sell AI-powered software to water utilities – a public-sector, relationship-driven market where trust is built over time and buying cycles are long. Conferences, events, webinars, and email are our primary channels. Digital amplifies and connects all of it: the nurture sequences that keep prospects warm between touchpoints, the attribution that tells us which efforts are moving pipeline, the paid and organic search presence that makes us findable when buyers start looking. Your job is to make the digital backbone of those programs work hard, and to bring a point of view on where our next best digital opportunity is. This is a role for someone who is as comfortable in a HubSpot workflow as they are in a pivot table – and who doesn't wait to be asked to back up their decisions with data.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a tech start-up environment
Expert-level experience with HubSpot, including ownership of CRM and Marketing Hub operations
Proven experience building and running lead nurture programmes – you know how to engage prospects over months, not weeks
Strong email marketing track record – from list segmentation and sequencing to subject lines, copy, and conversion
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in marketing attribution, pipeline reporting, campaign optimization, and presenting actionable insights
Experience managing SEO, GEO, and paid search strategies, including improving visibility across traditional and AI-generated search experiences
LLM-literate you use LLMs as a primary working tool – to build, check, and improve your work across HubSpot, reporting, content, and analysis.
